- If you break glasses, ornaments, furniture, etc.. replace them !!! or let us know so we can get it right. (Breaking of glasses, decorations, damage to furniture etc. - They must be replaced or indemnified (communicate for set the value).

- Garbage must be removed from the apartment at Check Out (the large garbage can is at the exit of the stairs). (The Trash must be removed from the apartment at the Check Out (there is a large trash near elevator). - Check Out at 10:00 am. (Check out at 10:00 am).
